since 2005, raphaël marionneau proposes a very personal musical interpretation of legendary german movies classics and redefines their soundtracks atmospheres. his high-acclaimed interpretations are a mix of classical and electronical music, mixing the genres and fitting exactly to every scenes of the movie. raphaël presented his first soundtrack for „das cabinet des dr. caligari“ (1920) in summer 2005 during the „filmfest hamburg“ and performed to „nosferatu“ (1922) for the „filmfest hamburg“ in 2006. in 2010, raphaël presents "le cinéma abstrait" during the "stummfilm festival" in berlin. regularly raphaël performes in cinemas and festivals in germany.
